Life Lessons
At Fountains High School, we are committed to providing a high-quality Personal, Social, Health and Economic (PSHE) and Relationships, Sex and Health Education (RSHE) curriculum that equips our pupils with the knowledge, skills and understanding they need to thrive in school, in their communities and in adult life.
To support our delivery of PSHE and RSHE, we use Life Lessons, an inclusive, evidence-informed programme designed for a wide range of learners, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Life Lessons provides engaging, age-appropriate resources that help develop emotional literacy, communication skills, personal safety, positive relationships, wellbeing and preparation for adulthood through relatable, youth-led learning experiences.
The programme supports our whole-school approach to personal development, helping pupils build confidence, resilience and the skills needed to make informed decisions in an ever-changing world. Life Lessons resources are regularly updated to reflect current issues and emerging topics, ensuring learning remains relevant and meaningful for our pupils.
