External Professional Support

My name is Emily Hardy, I’m a Level 6 qualified Career Adviser.
I meet with all students at Fountains High school during Year 11, for a one-to-one careers meeting. These meetings aim to help students start to think about their post 16 options and help them to explore career ideas in relation to their skills. The aim of the interviews are to pull together their learning from their careers programme and to motivate and inspire. Following their interview each student is provided with an individual Careers Action Plan, detailing post 16 options and research recommendations. I attend EHCP reviews, parents evenings and meet with students in Year 14, and other year groups, as and when support and advice is requested.

FASST Team
Esteem Family And Student Support Team work with families and young people who attend one of our academies or one of the schools that have commissioned this service. We live and breathe the visions and values of our Trust and strive to ensure we evidence them in the support we provide to our communities.
